What’s The Food, NYC? (Your favorites on the go!)
La Bagel Delight
Welcome back, WTM! This week is dedicated to restaurants that specialize in food on the go. We can’t talk about New York City and not discuss bagels or a baconeggncheese (yes, it is one word). Although you can find a bagel anywhere, it should be one of the best bagels from La Bagel Delight, a Park Slope staple. If you show up around closing time, you can score free bagels! Bagel Delight has many locations but their most popular one is in Park Slope.

Wokathon, is Asian fusion on the go. First, you pick your type of rice or noodles followed by a protein: chicken, panko chicken, steak, pork, shrimp or tofu. Next, you choose your vegetables, like baby corn, bok choy or cherry tomatoes. Last, you choose one of their delicious sauces which brings the entire dish together! If you’re in the 34th Street area and you love noodles, stop by Wokathon.

Bigoi Venezia is an authentic Italian restaurant that provides gourmet pasta on the go. You might need a few visits to decide which dish is your favorite but I suggest you start with the Al Pomodoro or the Puttanesca. Bigoi is a type of pasta you can only find in Italy so this place pays homage to this special pasta. Bigoi Venezia is located on the Upper East Side.
