BYOB Pottery Class
This is another artsy option for the painter in you. Every Friday from 7-9 p.m., Baked In Brooklyn pottery studio hosts a Fancy Friday Glaze workshop where you and artsy bae will learn how to paint ceramics like a pro. Use the tools and techniques taught by a skilled instructor to really make your pottery come alive. Tickets are $20 and the studio has an assortment of items to choose from for the class for as low as $10; your average mug will be about $22. Oh yeah, BYOB of wine!

A hidden gem in Harlem and also a fairly new location. This is easily a happy hour favorite with friendly staff and great music. Cantina’s frozen margaritas are sweet and flavorful but don’t let that sweetness fool you, they’re packed with a powerful punch. The menu boasts delicious rice bowls, tacos and more. Tacos are $2.95 and frozen margaritas are $6 during happy hour which is from 3-7 p.m. on weekdays and (noon to 4 p.m. on weekends ONLY @ their Central Park North location.)

The Holiday Cocktail Lounge
Typically, a long island ice tea is one of those strong drinks that is not for the inexperienced. The Holiday Cocktail Lounge has a stronger version of the LIT but with more flavor. If you want a strong drink that is also delicious, feel free to order as many as your liver can handle at happy hour which is from 5-7:30 p.m.

Serving rum cocktails and frozen drinks like the flavorful Sundowner (the drink pictured above) happy hour is from 5-7:30 p.m. During regular hours, no drink exceeds $12!
