Tipsy Scoop

Think about two things you really love. Now imagine these two things happen to be liquor and ice cream! Tipsy Scoop is a small ice cream shop with delicious liquor-infused ice cream. Putting a spin on dessert you and bae will never forget, it really doesn’t get any better than that.

    Happy Hour

The Freehold

The Freehold in Brooklyn has a great outside deck complete with fake grass and a ping pong table. This happy hour spot is perfect for those days where you don’t have much to do, because happy hour starts at 10am and lasts until 7pm. During this time, everything is half off at the bar. Bring some friends to hold down some seats while you make the order at the bar and you’re looking at a good time.

The Talon Bar

The Talon Bar is special because although there is plenty of sunlight and vegetation all over the place, the bar isn’t outdoors. However, you can most definitely get a seat right under the retracting roof and enjoy some fresh air and sunlight. For those of you who have been asking, this is one of those happy hours that ends later than 7:30. They don’t stop with the drink specials until 9pm on weekdays and 6-8pm on weekends: $5 beers, shots and well drinks.

Harlem Tavern

An old Harlem favorite, Harlem Tavern has been supplying Harlem with $5 well drinks for years now. This happy hour doesn’t last long, but it’s well worth it. What makes the drinks so good is the food that accompanies it. This is the perfect place for larger groups because it’s such a big space.
